Independent, Seth Bodnar is a Rhodes Scholar and ex-Marine Green Beret. He served as Predsident of Montana State University for 8 years. He looks like a solid candidate who has strong Democratic ideals, including strong support for public lands, housing reform, saving rural hospitals, killing tariffs, and turning around the national debt. If elected, he is likely to side with Democrats in the Senate. He has a campaign fund of about $1,000,000 at last report.

Montana voters will have to choose between these two candidates, and Trump endorsed GOP, Kurt Alme, who has a campaign fund of about $800,000 at last report.
