N'Kiyla Thomas
Campaign Website
N'Kayla Thomas has swept the primary with just over 60% of the votes.

Ms. Thomas will face GOP Kevin Hern, Libertarian Sevier White, Independent Ron Meinhardt (Conservative), and Independent Curtis Stinnett (Progressive) in the general election.

According to the Oklahoma State Election Board, there are 1,282,277 registered Republican voters, 609,265 registered Democrats, 23,332 registered Libertarians, and 491,294 registered Independents in the state. Clearly, it will take all the Independents and Democrats voting together to even come close to winning this election.

If Oklahoma voters are ready for a change, they are going to have to overcome some basic ideological differences and work together and get out the vote. Hopefully, there are enough disgusted Republicans to help bring about the needed change.
